Voice XO is operated and provided by the following registered legal entity, which is also the seller of record for all subscriptions and credit packs and the data controller for personal data processed in the app:

By accessing or using Voice XO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Voice XO.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You must not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• You may only create one individual account, or one couple account with your partner.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• By using voice features, you consent to the collection and processing of voice biometric data.
• You may not use AI-generated, synthetic, or manipulated voices.
• You retain ownership of your voice recordings but grant Voice XO a license to use them for the service.
• We may use voice analysis technology to detect deepfakes and ensure authenticity.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Create false or misleading profiles
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to scrape, hack, or reverse-engineer the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Engage in, advertise, arrange, or facilitate human trafficking of any kind, including sex trafficking, forced labour, servitude, and debt bondage
• Engage in or facilitate the sexual exploitation of any person, including commercial sexual services, prostitution, sexual servitude, and sextortion
• Aid, abet, facilitate, solicit, promote, encourage, glorify, or celebrate abuse of any person, including sexual abuse, sexual assault, physical abuse, coercion, and exploitation

Voice XO has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation and abuse. The following is absolutely prohibited, whether attempted, completed, or only planned, and whether directed at a member or at any other person:

• Human trafficking in any form, including sex trafficking, trafficking of minors, forced labour, servitude, debt bondage, and the recruitment, transport, harbouring, transfer or receipt of a person for the purpose of exploitation.
• Sexual exploitation of any person, including commercial sexual services, prostitution, pimping, escorting, pornographic solicitation, sexual servitude, sextortion, and the exchange of sexual acts or sexual content for money, goods, credits, employment, accommodation, or any other benefit.
• Any sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualised contact or roleplay involving a minor, and grooming. Voice XO is strictly for adults aged 18 or over.
• Sharing, requesting, or threatening to share intimate or sexually explicit content of a person without that person's consent, and any sexual conduct or contact without consent.
• Aiding, abetting, facilitating, soliciting, advertising, arranging, funding, promoting, encouraging, instructing, glorifying, or celebrating any of the conduct above, including linking to it, describing where to obtain it, or coordinating it.
• This section applies whether the underlying conduct takes place on Voice XO or elsewhere. Using Voice XO to recruit, advertise, arrange, coordinate, pay for, or communicate about such conduct off the platform is itself a violation of these Terms.
• Where we identify conduct of this kind we terminate the account permanently and immediately, without prior warning and without refund of any unused subscription period or credits, remove the content concerned, preserve the available evidence, and report or refer the matter to law enforcement and to the competent child-protection or anti-trafficking authorities where this is legally required or otherwise appropriate. Where child sexual exploitation or abuse is involved we also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent national hotline where applicable.

If you become aware of trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse connected to Voice XO, report it immediately using the report option in the app or by email to info@leriainvest.com with "URGENT SAFETY" in the subject line. If a person is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out the prohibited conduct in full, including our child-safety and non-consensual-content rules. A breach of the Acceptable Use Policy is a breach of these Terms.

• No explicit sexual content in voice introductions
• No hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
• No promotion of violence or illegal activities
• All content must be authentic and represent the real you

• Voice XO does not guarantee matches or successful connections.
• Match scores are based on compatibility algorithms and may not reflect real-world compatibility.
• Always prioritize your safety when meeting matches in person.
• Voice XO is not responsible for the actions of other users.

• Basic features are free to use.
• Premium features may require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws.

Voice XO Premium subscriptions and Credit Packs are digital services supplied immediately upon purchase. Under Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive 2019/770 (Art. 16(m)), consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance-purchased digital content.

Because Voice XO is activated instantly on purchase, we ask you to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once that performance begins. This consent is captured via the checkbox shown at checkout and is recorded together with the timestamp, purchase details, and the version of these Terms in force at that time. A receipt for the transaction is emailed to you as a durable medium.

If the checkbox is not selected, checkout will not proceed. If you were charged despite not having consented, contact info@leriainvest.com and we will process a full refund.

• Voice XO Premium renews automatically at €39.99 per month or €379.99 per year until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from Profile → Subscription → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Premium access until that date.
• Credit Packs (€14.99 for 20 credits) are one-time purchases and do not renew. Credits do not expire.
• Because Premium and Credit Packs are activated immediately with your acknowledged waiver, refunds are not available for unused portions of a subscription period or for unused credits. Charges made in error, duplicate charges, or chargeable technical failures on our side will always be refunded on request.
• Where local mandatory consumer law grants further rights (for example refund entitlements in your jurisdiction), those rights are not limited by this section.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Voice XO does not see or store your card details; Stripe holds the relevant PCI DSS certifications. VAT and other applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Stripe at checkout based on your billing information.

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.

• Voice XO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice XO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and your local jurisdiction as applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
