Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may not do on Voice XO. It applies to every member, to every part of the service — profiles, voice introductions, likes, conversations, media and support channels — and it applies whether you use Voice XO in a browser or as an installed app.

This policy forms part of, and must be read together with, the Terms & Conditions, the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy. Where the Community Guidelines describe the behaviour we expect, this policy states the conduct that is prohibited and what may happen when it occurs.

Voice XO is a live, publicly available voice-first dating and social discovery platform. Discovery actions use credits; once two members are connected, messaging between them is free and unlimited.

You may not use Voice XO to engage in, plan, facilitate, promote or celebrate:

• Any activity that is unlawful under the laws that apply to you or to us.
• Threats of violence, incitement to violence, or the glorification of violence.
• Human trafficking of any kind — including sex trafficking, trafficking of minors, forced labour, servitude and debt bondage — the sexual exploitation of any person, commercial sexual services, and aiding, abetting, advertising, arranging or encouraging any of it.
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact.
• Abuse or attacks directed at people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, illness, age, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive schemes, extortion or blackmail.
• Encouraging or coordinating self-harm or suicide.

The following conduct is prohibited because it directly harms the people this platform exists to protect:

• Any involvement of minors. Voice XO is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. Any sexualisation of, or attempt to contact, a minor is prohibited and is reported where required by law.
• Impersonating another person, using another person's voice, photographs or identity, or presenting AI-generated or manipulated audio as your own voice.
• Deceptive identity behaviour, including misrepresenting your age, or operating multiple accounts to mislead other members.
• Romance scams, investment or cryptocurrency solicitation, requests for money, gift cards or financial assistance, and any other financially motivated deception.
• Coercion, intimidation, or pressuring another member into contact, meetings, payments or sexual activity.
• Unwanted sexual solicitation, sexually explicit content sent without consent, and commercial sexual services.
• Publishing, threatening to publish, or otherwise misusing another person's private information, images, recordings or conversations.

Voice XO is strictly for adults aged 18 or over and has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE). The following is absolutely prohibited, without exception and regardless of intent, context, humour or claimed fiction:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any medium — audio, voice recording, image, video, text, drawing, animation or AI-generated output.
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse of any kind, including the sexual extortion of a minor, trafficking of a minor, and paying for or arranging sexual contact with a minor.
• Sexualised depiction, description, simulation or roleplay involving a minor, whether the minor is real, fictional, synthetic or AI-generated, and whether or not the member claims to be an adult playing a part.
• Grooming, or any attempt to build a sexual or romantic connection with a minor, including flattery, gifts, credits, secrecy requests, or moving the conversation to another platform.
• Any sexual or romantic contact attempt directed at a person you know or suspect to be under 18, and any request for intimate content from such a person.
• Soliciting, requesting, offering, trading, selling, producing, describing, linking to, or advertising the availability of any of the material or conduct above, including coded or euphemistic references to it.
• Use of Voice XO by anyone under 18, and creating, lending or facilitating an account for a person under 18.
• Where we identify content or conduct of this kind we terminate the account permanently and immediately without prior warning, remove the content, preserve the available evidence and account records, and report the matter to law enforcement and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent national hotline or child-protection authority where applicable. We cooperate fully with lawful requests in these cases.

If you encounter a child-safety concern on Voice XO, report it immediately using the report option in the app, or email info@leriainvest.com with "URGENT CHILD SAFETY" in the subject line. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Consent is required for intimate content, and it must be informed, specific and current. Consent to receive content in a conversation is never consent to keep, share or republish it. The following is prohibited:

• Sharing, publishing, threatening to share, or requesting intimate or sexually explicit images, audio or video of a person without that person's informed consent, including so-called "revenge porn" and content originally shared with you in confidence.
• Recording, screenshotting, downloading or redistributing another member's voice recordings, media, profile content or conversations outside Voice XO without that member's consent.
• Sexual deepfakes and any AI-generated, synthesised or manipulated intimate depiction of a real person, including voice cloning used to create sexual or compromising audio.
• Sending sexually explicit content, or sexual solicitation, to a member who has not asked for it or has not consented to receive it.
• Voyeurism, hidden or covert recording, upskirting, and content captured in a place where the person had a reasonable expectation of privacy.
• Sextortion, blackmail, coercion or pressure of any kind based on intimate content, or threatening to expose a person's intimate content, sexual orientation, gender identity or private life.
• We remove reported non-consensual intimate content, terminate the accounts responsible, preserve the available evidence, and refer the matter to law enforcement where this is legally required or otherwise appropriate. If intimate content of you has been shared on Voice XO without your consent, report it using the report option or email info@leriainvest.com and we will treat it as a priority.

You may not attempt to abuse, distort or interfere with how Voice XO works:

• Spam, mass unsolicited contact, advertising, recruitment or off-platform promotion.
• Bots, scripts, scrapers or any other automated access to the service or its data.
• Unauthorised access to any account, system, database or non-public part of the service.
• Selling, renting, sharing or transferring an account, where the Terms & Conditions prohibit it.
• Manipulating discovery, matching, ranking or recommendation systems, including artificial or coordinated activity.
• Circumventing, faking or interfering with identity or voice verification.
• Circumventing moderation, blocks or enforcement decisions, including creating a new account after a ban.
• Circumventing credit, subscription, entitlement or payment controls, or obtaining paid features without paying for them.
• Uploading or distributing malicious code, or attempting to disrupt, overload or damage the service or its infrastructure.

When we identify a violation of this policy we may take one or more of the following measures:

• A warning.
• Removal of the content, voice recording or profile element concerned.
• Restriction of specific features, such as discovery, media or messaging.
• Temporary suspension of the account.
• Permanent termination of the account.
• Reporting or referral to competent authorities where this is legally required or otherwise appropriate.

We do not guarantee a specific measure in any individual case. The measure we take depends on the circumstances, and we may act immediately where there is a serious risk to a person's safety.

When we decide what to do, we may consider:

• the severity of the conduct and the harm caused;
• whether the conduct is repeated or part of a pattern;
• the safety risk to other members or to the public;
• the evidence available to us;
• applicable law and our legal obligations;
• the integrity of the platform and of its verification and discovery systems.

If you believe a decision about your account is wrong, you can ask us to review it. Appeals are handled through our existing appeals process. Appeals

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We are not an emergency service and cannot respond in real time.
